We will make onigiri using highly selected ingredients! 【1,182 groups and 2,025 people from all over Japan and the world have participated!! (as of October 22, 2023)】 Since 2020, based on the concept that "everyday food is a treasure," we have been running the “Onigiri Caravan Online*” workshop, which anyone can participate in for free. Through the workshop, we aim to increase rice consumption and convey the joy of eating together and the good taste of handmade food even during the pandemic, and the greatness of traditional Japanese food onigiri. As a new initiative, we will start a participatory workshop, specially designed for people visiting Japan from overseas.
